Re: Heart shaped stones
Mon, December 4, 2006 - 4:10 PMRight on Yann, I have been collecting Heart shaped rocks for some time now.
I keep my inventory low by giving gifting them when someone is going on a journey (to keep them safe). Or if they are having a rough time with life or a particular challenge etc....
I just joined this tribe, just cuz I saw this post.
Hope this finds you with a smile in your heart!

Re: Heart shaped stones
Tue, December 5, 2006 - 8:16 PMI have a few naturally heart shaped stones too and love them. I also have around 20 carved stone hearts which I work with in crystal healing, for grids, layouts and meditations etc.. Both the natural and the carved stone hearts are great for laying on of stones , they are easier to find and less expensive than many cabochons and don't slide off in layouts and are a nice size both for layouts and just for holding and the shape itselp representing love helps promote healing and calm etc.

Re: Heart shaped stones
Sun, December 10, 2006 - 1:35 AMHi Swirly and Peggy :)
I just got back from Wales. Ty for the replies, it's nice to know others are coming accross the heart shaped stones too :) I had a week where I must have found about 4 or 5 and they seemed to be all over the place , even a bbq brickette shaped like a heart lol.
I have one carved one that is flourite, and my wife and I are giving carved rose quartz ones to the females in the family for xmas, the males are getting some type of fossil and the nieces and nephews are getting a piece of part-polished labradorite and a lodestone each. I'm hoping that having a little crystal family will stimulate their awareness of the wonders in the earth.
There is alot I need to learn before I will feel able to do crystal grids for healing, but one day...

Re: Heart shaped stones
Tue, December 12, 2006 - 4:16 PMWhat's funny is when I seem to need the most evidence of hope, I will find heart rocks along my path.
Sometimes, like you say, 1 or 2 a day for a week. Like something pulls my eyes to their resting places. Something that says, keep going, it's worth it.
It makes me feel fuzzy inside, hehe.

Mon, January 1, 2007 - 4:30 AMThats really cool :-)
i wonder how many people have them and how many have been found alltogether.
It would be something to see if they were all brought together somewhere and laid out in some type of medicine wheel.
Happy New Yr!
